Warranty: SaddlX Ride Accessories offers products through its parent company B-M Ride Accessories, Inc. and through all products will provide a limited 3 year warranty from time of purchase. “Limited” shall mean under normal wear and with approved care as guided through our “Care and Maintenance” instruction for soft outer materials, seam, and stitch.
What is NOT covered
Snap face, snap engagement, elastic and j-channel anchors, embroidery, liquid spill, scratch, and puncture are not covered.
Per limited 3 year warranty; SaddlX Ride Accessories will repair or replace damaged product by first attempting to repair.
After receipt of product; Our quality group will perform inspection of subject failure and determine if subject failure is the result of any manufacturing deficiencies. If repair is not possible then replacement will be offered to customer. Customer will be contacted via text, phone, or email.
Replacement is of the main product and shall not include any free replacement of any personalized naming.
Any replacement of personalized naming will be at owners expense. It shall be owners responsibility for return shipment costs to SaddlX Ride Accessories, however, we will cover shipment of repaired or replaced product return to customer.
SaddlX Ride Accessories and its parent company does not offer or infer any refunds, ALL sales are final.
